Should I choose Shared or SOLO?
Choose Shared if you are unsure. Rewards are divided between miners based on submitted work. SOLO pays only when your own worker finds a block, which may take a very long time.
What do I enter as username?
Your public wallet address. You may add a worker name after a dot, for example YOUR_WALLET.pc-1. Never enter a seed phrase or private key.
When will I receive a payout?
Rewards first require a confirmed pool block. A payout becomes eligible after your confirmed balance reaches the minimum shown for that coin.
Why can I not see my stats yet?
Check that you selected the correct coin and mode, and entered exactly the wallet used by the miner. New workers may need a few minutes before statistics appear.
Where can I get help?
Open a support request through our Discord. Include the coin, miner software and error message, but never send private keys.
